I Am Because I Think I Am...

Some days, I worry that life isn't what it seems, and I'm actually laying comatose in a hospital bed. Other days, I worry parts of my life are hallucinations I'll come to find didn't exist, confirming my doubts in myself and sending me over the edge. But why worry?
