How often do you put others before yourself?

No one is truly selfless but I think there are a lot of people who give way more than receive.
I am a caregiver. I have been for a long time. I don't always approach it with a gentle heart because it's a tiring job that needs to be done. I think I naturally gravitate towards being helpful even when I don't want to be.

This is a kind of a question where people would not be true to their actual acts ....if they had been more of givers earth would have been heaven

I need to learn not to.....unless its someone super close....
