Yes. I don't want to die I just don't want to deal with the neverending rollercoaster of stress, anxiety and depression that has been my life for the last year.

There isnt a day that i dont think about suicide but i would never be able to. Ive even gone so far as to plan but never go thru. For me it probably stems from untreated depression, Anxiety, and PTSD. Plus there isnt a day that doesnt go by where i dont think i should have died 10 years ago

I've always had major depressive disorder. I've thought about but never tried suicide because I would never want to let down my dad like that. He was a great dad and passed away in 2014.
