Love yourself. If you have people in your life who love you, you are lucky, but that's not a guarantee. If you love yourself then it doesn't matter who comes and goes.

Don't let other's opinions dictate what you wanna do, because people are gonna criticize you no matter what you do. So you may as well just do what you want.

Eat healthy and exercise.
