Remember, it is never God's fault. It is always our fault. The same god who murdered every human and animal on Earth with a flood. Also created hell if you don't worship him. Can we say, narcissist?

@LadyGrace God didn’t do it because He’s cruel. He did it because "the wickedness of man was so great" and "every intention of the thoughts of man's heart was only evil continually." Genesis 6:5
The wickedness and evil of that generation was so bad that it could not be allowed to be inherited by the next generation.
If he murdered babies, children, and innocent people, and all the animals drowned, and fish died when the fresh water mixed with the salt water. Your idea of creulty os off base. Since that did not work, he got a woman pregnant, which is rape, and then had to send his son to be killed. And if that was not enough, he created HELL to send people who do not kiss his ass. Loving GOD reminds me of an abused wife. She keeps forgiving her abusive husband no matter what he does to her.
@Wifetheboss

I hear how angry and hurt you are. I really do. But I have to lovingly correct a couple things because they aren’t true, and I care about you too much, NOT to. Those are serious accusations about Jesus and about God’s character. However, not accurate. Here's why:

I don't know where you've read this or someone told you, but there is a mix up concerning 2 different things:
1. Herod killing babies - That was Matthew 2:16. That was a wicked _king_, not Jesus. Jesus was even one of the babies King Herod tried to kill.
2. "Jesus got a woman pregnant" - That’s not in Scripture anywhere. That’s a lie from the enemy to smear Christ. `John 8:44` Satan is always accusing and lying about God, so that none will turn to him and be saved from hell. If you find scripture on that please send it to me but I've never read that in the Bible and I've read the whole Bible.

As mentioned, Jesus never murdered anyone. The babies that were killed were ordered by King Herod in Matthew 2:16. Jesus was one of the babies Herod was trying to kill. Jesus came to _save_ lives, not take them. John 10:10

About Jesus and a woman... there is no scripture that says that. The Bible is very clear. Jesus was born of a virgin, Mary, by the Holy Spirit. Matthew 1:18-20. He never sinned. Hebrews 4:15

I know it feels like God is cruel when you read about Noah and judgment. But God’s heart in Genesis 6:6 was grief. Sin was destroying people. And because He loves us, He made a way for us to be forgiven through Jesus on the cross. Romans 5:8

God is not abusive. He’s the Father who runs TO us. Luke 15
If you have other questions or verses you’re struggling with, will you share them with me? We can walk through them and discuss together, but only if you want.
@Wifetheboss It makes complete sense why some people's toxic view of abuse, tries to condone it.

False teachings: I agree that if a church or person teaches that you must endure violence or mistreatment to please God, that teaching is wrong and harmful. Not biblically taught.

You have every right to feel angry at how love has been misrepresented.

Love is supposed to bring safety. God's love protects and restores dignity; while abuse controls, terrifies, and destroys.

God is our refuge. The Bible describes Him as a safe place for the broken, not an oppressive ruler who demands silence while being harmed.

God hates the harm. He does not want anyone to stay in danger or accept violence as a test of faith.

Forgiveness is not staying. Forgiving someone means releasing the need for revenge, but it does not mean letting them hurt you again!

Boundaries are godly. Note that setting boundaries, leaving dangerous situations, and demanding justice, are entirely supported by healthy faith.

The abuser must change. True repentance requires an abuser to stop the harm and take accountability, not demand second chances or force forgiveness.

In God we trust, in God, we have faith. God will protect us to eternity. Yes, every season is not the same. If every season we're same we could never differentiate between happiness and sadness. If after sadness, happiness comes, our heart cherishes that. It is part and parcel. Not everyday remains same.

2026×has not been a good year but we will pray God for a good "2027"- And in God, we find hope, In God, we find Love, In God, we find truth.

Peter, when he started walking over water, he was walking and walking because Peter was looking at The Lord and not the problem. Peter was focusing on The Lord, not the problem. But as soon as Peter got distracted, he put his sight on deep water (The Problem) he started drowning.

So our Focus should never be on the problems (worldly affairs) . We must Trust Lord with all our mind, all our heart and all our soul. He will take care of the rest. The more we are in The Lord, the more we talk to him, the less relevant these problems become to us.
