There are good times to be had alone, too. Being out in nature and enjoying the air, watching a sunset or a sunrise, savoring a drink you picked out, taking in a movie. Not that being alone is a good permanent condition, and it sounds like you might be lonely, but there are times worth cherishing or can be even so.
