I ask jesus to be with me everyday. I thank him alot also. Gosh im so blessed in my life. I still have my stupid thinking that gets in the way though. Sometimes im so depressed and full of anxiety. Its so hard to get out of. It does eventually go away but then it still takes me time to recover. I only show my face at work . Gosh its so hard. I then disaapear on everyone. I dont even look at my phone. I get so ashamed of myself.its so hard to pretend thst im ok. Ive never been good at that . I dont forget to ask jesus to help me with this. I just fall back on him in faith. He is really the only one, thst helps me get back to normal.Normal. What the heck is normal? It sure isnt me. Its really nice to see you again Grace! My faith is strong and it took me a long, dark time to reach this point. Prayer works. Period.
