No actually, I welcome being alone with my thoughts, that's when the real fun happens and I get inspiration for stories and songs.
And if my mind starts to think about bad things, I'll just let it run and use that time to let myself realise how horrible I've been. And then the next day I won't do the same things.

Hmm, one of the few times this I feel this way is when one of my older sister's blindsides me with a "nasty, roll your eyeballs, I'm so superior" remark to me when I don't think it's deserved. Immediately, a cloud of red surrounds my vision and I think about one of those WWF smackdown scenes where the guy does a flying leap and scissor locks the guy's neck and brings him tumbling down to the mat with a huge thud.
But instead, I take a deep breath....and walk away....lol!

The only downside to this fantasy is that my sister is actually better with the grappling arts than I am....which....double dang her....she is never shy about demonstrating, LOL!
It's all good though, I'm fast as a jackrabbit that can dance circles around the snapping jaws of a fat coyote....if one actually exists....a fat one, lol.
