What friends? They don't exist when I'm in a relationship

@SW-User this is why people don't really hangout with me any more. Besides, I hated all the teasing I would get when my ex would call
SW-User
@LonelyLoserThatDeservesDeath Well, no one really wants to be treated as options so I get that.
LonelyLoserThatDeservesDeath · 31-35, M
@SW-User I know. I'm a horrible person to be friends with
SW-User
They only exist if they need something, so I really don't have any.
SW-User
@SW-User I'm sorry to hear that. Unfortunately true for people.
SW-User
@SW-User thank you. I ignore them when they call me now lol.

It MAY be a delicate situation...
Time to be aware of each one role.
During long time friendships and when previously single, some roles become a bit fuzzy.
And each one in a relationship should feel they have the special place of the choosen one.
That within common activities and strong interactions with friends.

@CharlieZ Absolutely true.

I'm the same. They have no idea whether I'm with someone. As a general rule too I rarely let any one person to know I'm acquainted with someone else even if they're a mutual friend.
MasterofNone · 26-30, M
@SW-User I like it when there are very few and if possible no topics of conversation related to people to relate with when talking to someone.
SW-User
@MasterofNone So you never hang out in groups of friends? It's always one on one?
MasterofNone · 26-30, M
@SW-User Mostly yes. Almost always. Except when few old school friends are asking for me then it's a group but that's usually in half a decade or something.
ryoshi0915 · 26-30, F
I lost most of my friends once I had my relationship posted online lol. It's sad. But I still have these few loyal friends.
ryoshi0915 · 26-30, F
Exactly. I don't understand it either. Like they're associating everything I do with my bf. I'm still my own person.
SW-User
@ryoshi0915 I'm sorry. Humans behave strangely a lot of the times.
ryoshi0915 · 26-30, F
It's okay. :) I did feel a bit disappointed but I'm planning and trying to fix my social life lol

@kingkyri That's the problem with over possessive partners. They ruin friendships.

@SW-User 😁
VolpeTredici · 31-35, M
A bit more distant, but pretty much the same. Maybe a bit snappy when things inevitably go wrong 😅
SW-User
@VolpeTredici 😂 Well snappy is understandable.
Miram · 31-35, F
I suck at friendships all the same. haha
SW-User
@Miram Lol. I somehow doubt that, not that I know much of you.
SW-User
There are no friends up in here
SW-User
@SW-User Then that makes it easier.
