the mind. I can take care of myself and be ok for a 90 year old.. but I want that mind to enjoy the things I've always liked.

Body. The mind knows more with age. Besides what a 30 yr old knows today is going to be out dated in 10 yrs anyways. lol

I would say the body. What I could do with the body of a 30 year old again would be awesome. My mind at 30 wasn't that impressive.

The body, of course. No one admires nor longs for the mind they had when they were half their present age. Also, most of the time, if your body is healthy, your mind is, too.

Body of course and can I chose Jamie Lee Curtis' 30 year old body? I might not be able to do much with it but those 60 years would be a dream.
