I don't. Grudges only hurt the one holding them.

I come from a long line of women that held grudges so long that they didn't even go to their own children's funerals, if they out lived them. I saw the pain this caused to everyone in the family, while I was growing up, so I try to never hold a grudge against anyone for any amount of time.

I never hold grudges against people, only ideologies and concepts and I will take those grudges to the grave.

I'm getting better at it.
