I want to love myself

I wish I could just stop comparing myself to others ..
I feel like I’m not enough.. I really want to love myself and accept myself as I am

What was last time you felt you are not good enough. Just to get the context. I believe a tweak in perception and few tactical changes in life style could turn you around.
