i'm so scared of ending up alone

[c=4C0073][i]i know it sounds childish, especially from an adult male in his mid 40s, but it's a real fear i have.....my mum is now elderly, as is my dad and i'm just scared of the time when my mum and dad won't be around....they are all i have as i don't have any friendships or relationships because it wasn't possible because i had difficult mental problems my entire adult life........i now live in a little flat on benefits and i live in fear, fear of the future.....i don't think i could cope if i ended up alone...especially in the weird world the way it is now.
