Do you have a comfort food you grab when you're upset?

I just laid in bed and ate the whole damn box sulking in my emotions. Im gonna regret this in the morning. 😔

@metaldog I exercise 6 days a week and its a great outlet to combat the stress. I guess I'm just in the feels tonight.
