I Live In My Head Too Much

Always thinking of random s***. constantly imagining things and different scenarios in my head about things that could happen or i wish would happen. It's becoming such a headache. I need a vacation from this.

I know what you mean I do the same thing sometimes ,once before I fell asleep I was thinking about a ton of stuff one right after the other kept sweeping through my mind I fell asleep and when I woke up I felt like I couldn't hardly move like I was temporarily paralyzed it was crazy it kinda felt like I was still dreaming it was the wierdest thing that ever happened to me
