I Listen to My Inner Voice

Sometimes..

But some of them say bad things....

I don't like the bad voices, but if I try to block them out they get angry and start shouting and try to take control

They will never go away, the medication doesn't really help either.. But im fighting towards recovering, slow progress is still at least progress

@AlphaPuppy: Which voices are you refering to? I thought you meant those thoughts that play games on minds. If you are talking about schizophrenia, it's another topic. Hope you find the right meds soon.

@AlphaPuppy: Yes. I remember when I read the what about me in your profile but couldn't remember all the mental health issues you had. Hope your meds help for you or as you say, finding the way to deal with these voices without feeding them.
