Talk about a bad day…

Yesterday when I woke up, my right ear is totally blocked up. I’m guessing earwax. I got the over the counter ear drops and syringe but only a few flakes came out. Fast forward to today. No change in the ear, talked to pharmacist - he said you have to be seen by someone. Today I go to pickup my take out order and my car is 100% dead. I jumped it and now my cruise control system comes on but won’t engage and also my rear taillights are on and won’t turn off. Ugh! To the dealership and doctor tomorrow I go.
