There are some days when I wake up with my mood in my ass

Meaning that I wake up depressed, sad, not wanting to do Anything literally. Just laying on my bed all day and night scrolling through my phone.
It’s a destructive habit. I wish I could change it

Sorry for you, i know well what it means.....
My emotions are often not good and i go on but inside me nothing works
Not sure if we can say it's an habit
