Feeling sad, down and depressed

I'm putting my heart and soul into my life right now and nothing ever seems to work out for me.

I get my hopes up so much on things and then my dreams get taken away from me.

I'm so sick of working hard and getting nowhere.🤦

@BeefySenpie This is so true. But, in addition to your hard work, be sure to communicate your goals up the ladder. That helps to make sure your boss(es) know you’re committed. Often, they’ll see you in a different light.

Also, go the extra mile. It helps too.
