I Am Sad

Am i the only one who gets upset and sad on new yesrs? Even the days leading up to it....i really wish i was happy right now u know ring in the new year with a big grin but i have been to the gym and ive been trying to do things i enjoy but even reading isnt helping. Im just to far in my head.
