@beermeplease I just got to thinking, is there any way You can rent a metal detector? Some are so sensitive they can tell You exactly what kind of metal object that's setting it off.

@NativePortlander1970 perhaps...but i got to thinking could i have vacuumed them up? and thrown them away? i kinda doubt that too as my eyes are still good (just not reading) it's a long weekend coming up here so i'll have time in doing a good search...i'm leaning toward my kitty ...bad little kitty... but i love her so much

@Lilymoon ironically it was one of your posts that inspired me to take a pic of them and post it in your post... had it not been for you i wouldn't have noticed...who knows when i would have...i'll keep looking. there's a ton of clutter...i gotta clean up... i hope i can find them under some. i now know to be super careful when cleaning up

@beermeplease Truth be told, hopefully if it is Kitteh, You will find them, but in all honesty for as long as You have had them there she would have done it a long time ago, they would not have disappeared just right after an inspection when You weren't there. This is exactly why my building manager has a strict demand from me that no one comes into my apartment without my being here, my retired lawyer stepsister helped me to add that addendum to my lease before I signed it.
