im so sad it feels like no one can even hear me

whenever i engage in conversation it feels like they just throw me to the side like im not even being heard. it feels like im a real ghost sometimes and i just want myself to be heard for once. when someone remembers a detail about me i get surprised because im surprised they even remember me
