I think everything happens for a reason

Well I had literally just made the decision that I was definitely sending the narcissist that letter, I had decided to send it last weekend, but then I saw Eamonn and my head was a mess all week, so this was delayed until today, but the narcissist is away on a cycling holiday in France and won't be back till Wednesday so I think this was better timing as he will have been over the initial shock.. Hopefully not in vindictive mode..

I first met you online back in 2013 on EP. I knew you were married and I assumed it was stable. I never knew that you suffered in silence at the hands of a narcissist. I'm sorry that you're subject to such a person and their actions. If I was nearby, you wouldn't need a letter. I'd happily relay the message for you. You're a good woman who doesn't deserve the BS. @Sapio thank you, I honestly didn't understand what was going on, I was conditioned to blame myself for things... It's as his behaviors escalated the higher up he got in his jobs they became increasingly worse to the point where I just didn't want to be here anymore and I didn't even know myself either, it was divine intervention that made me wake up to it

I'm not sure what the letter is about or what you want to accomplish.
I do know narcissists will never take stock of themselves nor the things they have done nor will they change instead they will twist it and turn it around into it being you as the problem.
The experts say to just disengage with a narcissist with no explanations.
There are many videos about how a narcissist tries to get revenge if they feel wronged.
