when you wish you were at home with your mother like in olden times
i'm middle aged now and have lived alone for 20 years in a little apartment.....i have no support network anymore apart from my elderly mother, but she lives far away now, my mother lives in a small bungalow for the elderly...she is driving down to see me at xmas.
i get very lonely and i long for the days, back in olden times when i was young boy living at home with my mother, being looked after? where i felt secure and carefree....we lived in a big house back then with a coal fireplace...and i miss that time, miss that era.......but that time is long gone, and i'm here, in this apartment, on my todd, living a lonely life.....managing mental problems...living in a 'freaky' dystopian world and i can't stand it.
