Reoccurring dream

Twice now in the past few nights I've had the same dream. I'm in or near the forest and I hear this strange eerie noise coming from within the forest. Tonight (about 10 minutes ago actually), that dream scared me enough that it suddenly woke me up and i ran outside thinking that something was attacking my dogs and cats that are outside right now. Bongo my one husky dog was looking at me with a look on his face as if to say "whats the matter with you".
