Recurring dream

I keep having a part of my dream where I am at my mom's old house. In the backyard, I had planted vegetables and flowers all sort of scattered about in no real pattern. Then forgot about them till I look out back and see that the plants have grown full, lush and large, heavy with flowers and vegetables. I am excited that despite the neglect, they thrived and excelled. However, when I go out, the produce are all over ripe and while some are still edible, most are semi mushy. The flowers are still all amazing, however. I'm excited that everything did so well and I am excited for next year where I promise myself I won't forget the garden.

I've had this dream at least 4 times now. I tend to believe dreams are garbage in/garbage out, but when they are recurring, I tend to gice them more weight.

I wonder what this one means and how I can tap into its message in my waking life.
