like a fish in the ocean

I used to have a dream journal back then in the beginning of experience project, I would study the themes I dreamt of and their meanings, making connections, I was interested in the human mind and the unconscious, still am, and taking that leap of almost twenty years ahead from then now I realize that it's been forever since I haven't used a dream journal, I did write one as a young woman and even woke up at night after a nightmare most often to write it down and not forget. I don't use a dream journal anymore because I don't need one, I navigate and swim through the themes that tell me about my unconscious, my emotional state, and other things I'm not willing to share as of today. I used to be a prolific dreamer, sleep deprivation hinders that ability and I miss that raw connection with myself.

I've been paying dreams specific attention, too, lately. Recently, actually, my bio father came to me in a dream, and told me to move somewhere when I was considering it and one other place I would have landed in later that same night before midnight, and it was Halloween in a really bad situation. I remembered what they say about Die De Los Muertos, too - my father had passed a year before about.

One thing I know is that sometimes the signs aren't generic, they have to mean what they do to you. For example someone might find mice irritating, most people might, but to someone who keeps them as pets and loves them take on a different meaning for that person see?
