Could this dream I had about my girlfriend mean anything?

In the dream, she told me she had something to tell me and show me. She told me that she was actually an alien, and showed me that she really had a green body with with slimy arms and four root-like legs, but still the same human like face. I told her I still loved her, much to her delight.
