Dream Meaning Question

Recently me and my lover have been having some mega issues and what not because of what he did to me.

So recently again it's been bothering me a lot, although happened about a year and few months ago but again been bothering me because lots of stuff has been caving in on me.

But I'll have a dream and it'll start off in some random place then I'd go hangout with a few people including my boyfriend and then like he'd disappear in the dream and I'd get worried, then when I found him he was doing stuff with some other girl.

Then later on like I would stumble across a bear right outside of the place and just, cuddle it. It's such a weird thing or my boyfriend would shapeshift into a bear and I'd cuddle it lol, its just so confusing, anyone have any idea?

I generally don't put much stock in dream interpretation, but if this has been a recurring thing and you're looking for possible meanings, then the following comes to mind:

Bears look like they should be excellent cuddle buddies. They're big adorable fuzzballs, and the phrase "bear hug" seems like it must have come from somewhere. At the same time, bears are extremely dangerous.

So if your mind keeps putting a bear in place of your lover in your dreams, it may be that you like being with him and want to be close to him, while simultaneously holding a view of him as potentially dangerous.

I don't know what he did to you, and I'd advise you to take any dream interpretation with a grain of salt. But there's one possibility for you to think over.
