@OogieBoogie things are going reasonably well. My ankle and ribs are still sore, but my knee is all healed. Fatigue is still a major restriction, but that's always the case. Otherwise everything is pretty good.

@NerdyPotato and your work on your routines ?
Still keeping some basics going ?

@OogieBoogie no... Not in a structured way anyway. I do sort of keep up with laundry, take reasonable care of my personal hygiene and eat at least once a day, but I haven't opened my to do list since the middle of December. 🥲 I want to pick that up again, but will need to review the schedule of all tasks on there and that just feels like too much work, especially as keeping up with it will be a challenge and the review may be a waste of effort. 🥲

@NerdyPotato honestly ....sometimes I think lists can create more stress and pressure and make it worse .
The fact that you are doing all that now without one is terrific .
Look at you ...being better 🤗
I'm really chuffed you hung onto some habits even without regulation .
That's terrific news 🤗☺️👍🎆

@OogieBoogie that's an interesting way to look at it, and you make a great point. I'm not doing everything I should, but the most important things come natural without much stress that a list definitely caused.
