@Lostpoet What if I told you massage therapists are taught that 6-7 is the best amount of discomfort on a scale of 1-10 to effect the best change. Also that 42 is the angle light has to hit water to create a rainbow? I hate math but the math is definitely there. Makes things easier to manage though, once you figure it out.
