Looks like I can still handle myself...

I had almost confirmed I was having depression
I might have but it is not as bad as I thought it was
Today there was so much pressure at work you wouldnt have time to breathe but I handled what I could handle gracefully. (Or so I think lol)

Now I'm leaving the workplace feeling a bit tired but not feeling like I want to die.
Prolly because it is the weeknd and I don't have a 24h shift in them so my mind is chill. Also I feel like I haven't left everything in chaos. (Which usually happens when my anxiety is over the roof)

This one thread of hope makes me a bit optimistic about my situation.

What scares me is the medication. I don't want to start it... but it feels like I need to. 🥹
