is size 12/ 13 feet big feet for a male
i'm 6ft tall and have size 12 / 13 feet, when i wear trainers i feel self conscious about it, thinking i have massive feet or big feet? are my feet big or in proportion?

Serious answer, im not sure if you're talking in US or UK sizes but either way I think you'd still choose smaller if you could. A European shoe size 44 at maximum.
I'd typically expect the sizes you can't commonly find on the store shelf to be worn by a man who's 6ft4 and up if I'm being frank. There are always exceptions though
