What an overthinker thinks and or wants.. do u think that is true or false?

Sometimes overthinking is confusing something which is already clear. Overthinking is finding knots, problems and difficulties everywhere where they might not exist anyway and this denotes a lack of security.

Mind need security to function properly and overthinking is it's way to find it. Overthinking is not bad in itself but it's getting trapped in circle is bad.
