Tired of thinking
I got someone on my mind that I know is not thinking of me... Just seems as if no one cares about me really. I hate everything about myself I just wish that I could just fade away.

I understand. I feel that way sometimes. We tend to think we are all alone. We think nobody really cares. That is not true. Someone thinks you are special. Someone thinks about you more than you realize. You are created to do great things...not to fade away!
