Should my Therapist know

Should I tell my therapist I’m in love with someone else other than the man I married? I’m worried she will dislike me and not be able to help me. I have expressed these feelings to him. I cannot be with him nor can he be with me.

Your therapist shouldn't judge you whatsoever. That isn't their job. They are supposed to help you through whatever comes up in your life. Bad or good. I'm a straight girl and had a big crush on a therapist for a long time. That was a big problem because I didn't want to tell him things because I didn't want him to think I was slutty or think of me in any way but in the best possible light. That effected my ability to be helped.
