Oh goodness 🙄😂

One of my new floating heads was one of those inexplicable crushes we can get here. I never did understand why on that one. Just the way his letters formed words I guess. I never even really knew him, and he certainly never noticed me, but that cartoony little picture curls my toes anyway. I felt caught between a cringe and an eye roll, but on second thought, it was a harmless little zing. Maybe I should just appreciate the pulse check. 😂

I get attracted to people's words too. It is just nice to read people's thoughts when they express themselves so lyrically. Kind of like reading a romantic chapter of a book, you get lost in it for a bit.

Fleeting though.

@SW-User words are powerful! There was an honest, frank vulnerability to his like he was comfortable with his thoughts and emotions. Part of the draw I imagine was that I never got close enough to see anything more than that. He could stay just one dreamy quality. lol

@JustNik Sometimes it's better to leave it at that. Keep it as a memory of a quality you hope to find in someone who sees you 🖤
“Harmless little zing.”
I like that. 😁

Sometimes it’s better that they never knew that teeny bit of crush. 😌

Words appeal to me. It’s not so much of its creativity (or being flowery), but the way they express their thoughts…. the flow by which they share their emotions about certain topics of interest.

@CookieCrumbs it’s a lovely thing! I like when it feels like I’m seeing something real. It may or may not be so, but it’s nice in the moment at least. lol

I thought I was being a fool. And now having read your post I realise it was a good thing. Thanks for expressing that feeling. I have often felt it and cursed myself. I guess I should consider myself blessed that such feelings happened and created those sweet moods of fondness.
These days I visit this site less often and so the continuity is lost. But I still look up those special persons and it feels good to see them happy and posting.
There is still that tinge of jealousy when I find them bonding well with someone else 😃

@WandererTony is what it is. We should try to make the best of it I suppose. 😄

@JustNik yes you are right. Feels so much lighter hahaha

Haha! Cute. 😍

I so get this. Something about how they articulate and express. Zing!⚡
JustNik · 51-55, F
@Magenta The longer I think about it, the more embarrassed I am that my first reaction was to think I’m too old for this shit. 🤣 shame on me!
Magenta · F
@JustNik 😄 Never too old!

We all need a little zing shot now and then to remind us we still have it. Keep zinning!😍
JustNik · 51-55, F
@Ironicman I notice they’re getting fewer and farther between. I probably don’t have it so much as I just borrow it now and again. 🤣😄💞

I think my zing monitor malfunctioned due to age 😐
JustNik · 51-55, F
@SW-User I relate, my friend. They’re sneaky little buggers though, so when you do get goosed, I hope you do better than me and don’t waste time chiding yourself. Just enjoy. 🤗🤗

It happens. enjoy it but don't take it seriously 😜
JustNik · 51-55, F
@Lilymoon I have pretty thoroughly outgrown that one, I think. lol
