There's nothing particularly unusual about that. What you're calling "labels" literally do not exist in the first place. They are just abstractions distilled out of the observation that certain packages of tendencies in sexual thought and behavior appear to broadly coincide in many individuals. The best they will ever be for anyone is an approximation, and there's no real reason to adopt one at all if none seems to fit. No one has ever changed fundamentally by asserting they "are" gay, genderfluid, straight, etc. I don't really see the problem with just knowing what you like/dislike when you see it without needing to predetermine your parameters.
Well, I guess pasting a "label" onto your sexuality in the short-term can sometimes be useful for self-reflection. Thinking about yourself "as though" you are [insert label] can be helpful for exploring particular "sides" of your sexual psychology, but there is a big difference between going about this kind of self-reflective activity with awareness that it is just thought-experiment, and taking the "label" adopted for the task all the way to your heart. Nothing and no one "is" anything besides itself; assertions to the contrary can be useful for streamlining thought and communication, but they are never "true" when really examined.
