Im very confused by something that happened

Im very confused and don't really know what to think about the whole thing or how to feel about it. Two hours I was on a live stream on tiktok with some friends when all of a sudden my ex that has me blocked on every form of social media pops up recommending me to invite her into the live. But the thing is I don't know how it would have done that when she has my completely blocked so I can't see her profile at all I'm just very confused by the whole thing and don't really know how to feel about the whole thing. It's just a weird situation since I haven't had no interaction or contact with her in over a year since she broke up with me and blocked me on everything
