To an extent, yes. But I'm still always happy and motivated to get out of bed. Mine was in large part due to a heartbreak.
I also think it's a natural part of living in this humanhood. I also feel it's partly the aging process, (60plus) and all the subsequent losses we endure, hormonal, the chaos and unrest of the world we live in....
Exercise, fresh air and nature is healing though and can revive! ☀

@Philasefer It can help in the way that I can post and share things that are cathartic for me. And a friend that I communicate with.
But more times than not it makes it worse here. Depending on the day and what's the theme.

@Philasefer i can't stress enough how exercise will help. Exercise hard enough that all those feel good chemicals flood your body..
