Sometimes I can barely breathe lol

Idk like sometimes I feel like it's hard to breathe and that I can barely do it, kind of like not enough air is comming in and some things(I mean like some more things happening), I have no idea how to explain it properly, but I need to take really deep breaths, sometimes even with open mouth just to breath in what feels like enough air
