I Am Confused About My Feelings

I have been hanging out and somewhat flirting with my indirect boss for about a year now. He lives out of state and when he comes in he and I go out for dinner, drinks and good conversation. This week's outing we ended up having a few too many margaritas and we ended up sleeping together. I genuinely like him as a person but I'm afraid that the fact that we slept together has now ruined the dynamic, which is the last thing I want to happen. I also really enjoyed it, and I would be interested in doing this again.
