Mixed feelings.

So, I just finished at the meeting/assessment and they said that because I’m actively self harming that they can’t see me. The waiting list is a year wait anyway but because I’m suicidal & self harming that they can’t see me sooner. Which sucks because I really wish I could talk to someone
