Do you suffer from the "Analysis Paralysis"

A lack of positive action that creates, doubt, anxiety, depression, fear, negative thoughts, unable to see a way out..thinking you're being "realistic" but actually you're suffering from fear, negative thoughts have overcome you, you're not appreciating the lessons you have to learn from in your life every day and you keep on repeating the same thoughts, actions but expect different results..

CHANGE SOMETHING... start small and work your way out of what you don't like

Oh, wow. I needed this just now
@AbsolutelyFabulous you are a strong intelligent woman, every day is a step forward
@Bexsy thank you
@Bexsy I don't feel that strong a lot of the time though.. But I know I am because I did it, and I'm still here

I admit that I sometimes do suffer from it.
@Sapio we all do
JohnnyNoir · 61-69, M
I'm just trying to maintain forward momentum as best I can. At the point where fear and doubts don't dominate my thinking like they used to. I guess getting older helps with that
@JohnnyNoir yes there is nothing to be ever afraid of ever
JohnnyNoir · 61-69, M
@AbsolutelyFabulous I've failed and fallen enough and I'm still moving moving forward. Sure I still have doubts from time to time but I'm no longer paralyzed into inaction
@JohnnyNoir good, enjoy your life.. The more you do and learn the more you evolve yourself

Sometimes it's not even fear anymore, it's complete disinterest and a lack of will. It's a belief you no longer have any use of success because you think it wouldn't make you feel anything, therefore wouldn't mean anything to you.
@CrazyMusicLover the enemy has taken you over.. (the dark side)
@CrazyMusicLover you should never have any negative thoughts at any time, that is not how we are built
