Yeah that's ... well just a part of a grieving process to be honest. It sucks but it gets easier with time.
HeavyTanker2030 · 26-30, M
@Scroffington I don't doubt that. I'm mostly over it but just the quiet moments, ya know?
Scroffington · 46-50, M
@HeavyTanker2030 Yeah. I'm 46 and have been with my wife for 22 years now and I still occasionally think about stuff like that. Doesn't hurt much anymore thankfully but it's still there. You build around it rather than forget it.
HeavyTanker2030 · 26-30, M
@Scroffington true. I'm 29 and I'm already at the point of is it worth dating again? I want to but also hesitant.
I think that's totally normal for most people.

Yes and it's a proven waste of time....but what can we do? We're human....

Yep
HeavyTanker2030 · 26-30, M
@MellyMel22 those moments definitely suck. For me at least. And of course I have one of those moments while I'm at work

@HeavyTanker2030 They do, but eventually they’ll pass.
HeavyTanker2030 · 26-30, M
@MellyMel22 fair. And thank you
