Anyone else have moments where you look on past relationships and get hit by the emotions of them all over again, even months after the breakup?

@HeavyTanker2030 Yeah. I'm 46 and have been with my wife for 22 years now and I still occasionally think about stuff like that. Doesn't hurt much anymore thankfully but it's still there. You build around it rather than forget it.
