My edition of Dostoevsky's Demons that's on my small and easy to hold Kobo has functional footnotes!!
This is the 3rd in some synchronicity today,
1) Making a new liquid ashtray from empty coffee cup from the fast food joint that shall not be named
2) Using a lens cleaner to make looking out of my glasses a terrific idea as long as I keep a sharp focus on the screens of e-reader and computer screen
and 3) deciding on what I feel is his most untalked about in the string of confirmed masterpieces in his late career. The other untalked about one The Adolescent contains some things one may construe as shortcomings in the author's personal beliefs about the chosen people.
Demons makes use of the revolutionary ideas fermenting in his time and place, there were some exciting thinkers in Russia in the 19th century. And getting the footnotes clarifying giving dates for them and other kinds of names and happenings which there's probably documentaries to be seen about. FUN FUN FUN
