Thoughts ` (TRS) Title Requirements Suck`

Alone we just bury, distract, and distance ourselves from the trauma, pain and fears.
It takes someone that is willing to sit with you and hear you and to understand completely what you're going through, trying to get past, or overcome.

A flower doesn't grow without rain.
A house will not stand without a solid foundation.
A wound will not close without treatment.

Triggers are triggers, and you can go figure
That they're not the one. No matter how much their love lingers
But triggers are two ways, and yours are not lesser
They're not more important, Despite your feelings of better.

They are what they are,and we all have them
So realize what you're feeling, Is not caused by them
Realize that your methods, are activating theirs
Realize that they too, are trying to overcome fears

Realize the advice, that's out there in your stream
Is keeping you from becoming, all your meant to be
Realize that loyalty, is not just another word
It's sitting beside them, despite what you've heard

It's finding a way, to get past things that irk you
It's about communicating, and finding some way through
It's about feeling loved, inside of their darkness
It's about giving love, when you have two clenched fists

It's about looking past, the things that displease you
It's about finding love, inside the things that you grieve through
Relationships take some work, and it's easy to quit
But to find what you deserve, you need to burn on the spit

You need to go through the flames, and find ways to make fire
You need to go through some pain, to take your love higher
You need to find a way through, all the things that transpire
You need to work on yourself, and find ways to inspire

Love is a thing, that is easy to find
Harder to keep, if you stay in your mind
It's easy to feel, and it hurts when you leave it
So please try to love harder, and to really mean it.
