to still be staying with mom and dad at 26? 🧍♂ i always feel embarrassed when i have to tell my friends to pick me up from my parents place.. idk maybe im overthinking it

That's entirely up to you and your parents to decide. Are your friends going to pay your rent if you move out? If you and your parents have a good relationship and can coexist without major friction, you can save a lot of money if you stay with them. If it's a toxic environment where you feel like you're constantly stuck in a survival mode, get the hell out of there asap if you can.
