An opinion is not a factual statement and thus cannot be right or wrong. It is a subjective view of the personal perception.

Opinions may be subjective, but they can still be poorly informed, inconsistent, or based on false assumptions. While opinions aren’t facts, they don’t exist in a vacuum either — they’re often judged by the reasoning and evidence behind them.
